From 2012 to 2019, I taught at a music academy recognized as The Advanced Institute of Piano Education of China in 2014, where I was honored as an “Outstanding Teacher.”
After moving to Canada in 2019, I adapted to the Western music education system, and since then, my students have also received numerous awards and recognition.

Well-rounded Learning

When it comes to learning piano, the most fruitful outcomes often emerge over the long term through steady, compound growth. While the saying “hard work leads to success” holds true, it’s the spark of passion that truly sustains the journey.

That’s why I design my lessons with care — nurturing both musicality and technical skill in parallel. My goal is not only to ensure smooth, progressive development, but also to help students evolve into expressive, imaginative players — because we’re most engaged when we’re creating something of our own.

Teaching Style

There’s often a lot of laughter in my lessons. Mistakes are welcome, while progress can be immediate. I understand what my students are experiencing at the piano, and I offer precise, thoughtful support to help them overcome challenges with both ease and clarity.

Each lesson is crafted with an eye toward long-term growth — balancing enjoyment in the moment with clear expectations for the next 3 to 5 years.
